Contact DimWeightPro
Use the support email below for product help, billing questions, privacy requests, source corrections, or calculator-widget questions.
Email support
Email support@dimweightpro.com. Include the page URL and enough detail to reproduce the issue. For a calculation question, include the unit system, dimensions, actual weight, and divisor, but do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
Carrier-rule corrections
If a carrier rule or source link appears outdated, include the carrier, service, market, and an official source when possible. DimWeightPro does not have access to carrier accounts, negotiated contracts, shipment tracking, or postage refunds; those questions must go to the applicable carrier.
Account, privacy, and billing requests
Send requests from the email address associated with the account when possible. Describe whether the request concerns account data, calculation history, custom boxes, a subscription, or another privacy matter. Never email full card details; Stripe handles payment details on its hosted pages.
