Terms of Use

These terms describe the intended use and limits of the DimWeightPro calculator, guides, widget, accounts, and paid features.

Draft for owner review. The legal operator name, address, jurisdiction, governing law, refund policy, and required consumer-law wording have not been provided. Obtain appropriate legal review before publishing these terms as final.

Calculator estimates

DimWeightPro provides informational calculations based on dimensions, weights, divisors, quantities, and carrier rates entered by the user. Results are estimates. Carrier measurement, rounding, minimums, thresholds, surcharges, service rules, destinations, and negotiated agreements can change the final billable weight and charge. Verify a shipment with the carrier before buying a label or making a financial or packaging decision.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for account credentials and for the accuracy and lawful use of data they enter. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse the payment flow, scrape the site in a way that impairs service, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Pro subscriptions and billing

Current price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and payment details are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Available billing controls are provided through the account billing portal. Pro access can change when Stripe reports a subscription as canceled, expired, unpaid, or otherwise ineligible. The site operator must add a reviewed cancellation and refund policy before treating these terms as complete.

Embedded widget

The free widget may be embedded using the code generated by DimWeightPro. Do not remove or conceal its visible DimWeightPro attribution, misrepresent the calculator as carrier-authorized, or frame it in a way that is deceptive or unlawful. The embedding website is responsible for its own content, security, privacy disclosures, and consent obligations.

Carrier names and source material

DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS names are used to identify relevant shipping guidance. DimWeightPro is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those carriers. Linked carrier pages and manuals remain subject to their owners’ terms and can change without notice.

Availability and contact

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Report problems to support@dimweightpro.com. Liability limitations and dispute terms should not be added until they are reviewed for the operator’s actual jurisdiction and applicable consumer law.
